Cultural Home Remedies
In a session on May 3, 2017, we discussed the physical body through a body mapping activity and self care methods through foods and natural remedies. This led to each of the participants sharing a personal remedy for health they have carried with them since their childhood or something that they still practice today in the session on May 10, 2017.
